Russel's Story
In 10 years, I hope to be retired. I'm going to get there by working hard and finishing strong.

much about work. It is such high intensity that I find it hard to shut down for a good night's sleep.
My biggest surprise in life was we adopted our daughter. She is an amazing young woman and a heck of a lot of fun.
What I learned most about being a parent is that God gives the most important job in the world to rank amateurs. But then if we didn't screw them up a little, Dr. Phil would be out of business.
