Russell's Story

I've done a lot! The latest version of a technology I pioneered in grad school (PhD Physics - BTW I got 30% in Physics at St. Mike's at Easter in Grade 13), an atmospheric laser radar (Lidar) landed on Mars in May. Mind you I've been out of that field since 1973, so I only have the bragging rights and none of the money. nd recently wrote my first book: "The Meditations of Marcus Aurelius: Selections Annotated and Explained" published by Skylight Path Publishing (Vermont). I am planning to write more but right now I'm looking for a theme. I've retired from teaching to teach fitness - right now about 15 classes a week in and around Nanaimo BC - aerobics, spin, killer ab classes, etc. Last year I entered the Western Canadian Natural Bodybuilding competition and placed third - Master's category. Hmmm...
