n and speak conversational Russian. I own and operate a consulting firm which serves the food industry, hotels and catering industry in Central Asia. I have a home in Tucson, Arizona where my wife and kids are still living. Our two kids (son, daughter) have families of their own and, to date there are two grandsons in my family. I have written over seventy newspaper articles about food and food history. I contributed to a book on Doing Business in Kazakhstan, published out of London in 2003/2004. I am currently working on a series of essays about order and reality.
