Russell's Story
In June 1991, I moved down to the bay area from Citrus Heights to go to college and work. In 1994, I joined the U.S. Marine Corps where I was assiagned to a special operations capable boat unit.
In July 1999, I was honorablly discharged from the Marine Corps and entered the police acadamy a few short months later.

I have also been married for 14 years and have two boys, ages 13 and 7.
