Life Since I last wrote here we have traveled many more places and seen many new things.The end of 2007 we will be going into the Amazon which I am really looking forward to. We did visit Thailand and found it to be really interesting. We travel with our kids a lot and try to have a family cruise every year . Planning another cruise through the Panama Canal in 2008. We have added more great grandchildren bringing a total of 11 to date. I have found and contacted several old school chums and really was excited to see them again. We just had a visit from Ramona ( Johnson ) Coombs and Marlene ( Tarr ) Purky, what fun we had. Also last year I met with Carol ( Alspaugh ) Adams and had a very nice visit. School My husband and I were married in 1950. We have 4 children and 17 grandkids and 6 great grand kids. We moved from Oregon to California (Los Gatos ) in 1965 and remained there till we retired and moved to Nevada. My husband was in newspaper work and I was in military work. Meaning working on government contracts as an inspector. We have traveled extensively , going to Africa, South America,Mexico and many other places. We will be going to Thailand this next November (2003 )We have cruised ,motorcycled and hiked across a lot of country. Australia was a lot of fun and plan on Germany soon. My husband being an athlete when he was younger, stayed in pretty good shape most of the time. When our kids were finally gone he decided I would also get in shape. I ran 10K races and half marathons and he ran marathons and triathlons.He ran the Hawaiian Ironman 3 times and finished all three times. It was fun and we really ...Expand for more
