Ruth's Story
High school sucked! Of course, I now realize that I got out of it exactly what I put into it. Too bad I was not wise or smart enough to see that at the time.
That being said, the rest of my life has certainly not. I've been married to my Hubby, Tom, for 30 years, raised five children, and accumulated ten terrific grandchildren. They are scattered all about the country Kansas, Florida, Texas, Oklahoma....... Me? I'm in Fort Worth, TX.

with CPA firms. I'm currently employed with an ever-growing CPA firm in Fort Worth and have been here eight years.
I decided later in life that I actually did like school after all and have been casually working on an Associate's degree. I'm only three hours away from that degree. I hope to have it by the end of 2012.
I was disappointed to hear that the 40th class reunion will be happening at a time when I'm unable to attend. Wait! What??? 40 years??? How did that happen???? That means I've been out of school longer than most people I know are even old!!! Don't laugh - you probably have, too!!
