Ruth Ann Polof:  

After graduating from high school, I went to Marshall University. I then married and moved to New Jersey, where I finished my education. After ten years I divorced and eventually married again. I have one son, Michael, who is also married and I have no grandchildren at this time. My daughter is my golden retriever named Simba who the vet says is really human. In college I majored in education and psychology. I started my career as a teacher of special needs students and then worked as a guidance counselor. Furthering my education in psychology, I became a school psychologist and worked on a Child Study Team for about ten years. I then became a supervisor of special education and later became the director of special education for a local school district and now serve as the Assistant Superintendent for Administration..
