Ruth's Story
Hi, to whoever reads this.
I married Vic Garza right after high school. We're still married 38 years later (how'd that happen?!?!). Our two children are married and both live in Houston. Our daughter and her husband have 2 children, and our son and his wife have two, also. I went to George Mason University for my undergrad and graduate degree and now I'm a school counselor and substance abuse therapist with Prince William Co. schools. How'd THAT happen?!?!?

e in the next couple of years and move to San Antonio to be closer (but not TOO close) to the kids and grandkids. We live in Catharpin (near the Battlefield Park--remember that place?)and have a Chow (main dog), a Pomeranian (auxillary dog), and a cat (the boss).
I still sing. My biggest fans are my grandchildren who think I'm a rock star. My captive audience are my students who think I'm a geek and roll their eyes. I'm OK with being a geek.
Thats all folks. Not very exciting life, I'm afraid.
