After highschool my father did the dumbest thing possible,we moved to Tacoma WA it is like Langley to Vancouver so Tacoma is Seattles Langley, and invested in heavily in multifamily by 1990 he had over 2oo units(I should add that a unit cost about 5 to 10 grand that was the same price as Langley back then but unlike Langley were a unit is about 300,000 Tacoma is still at about 30 to 40 thousand,& the population is close to a million while Seattle is at close to 500grand a unit , the reason being Tacoma has the biggest African American population in the state of WA) back to me I got married in 92 & am still married have a 26 year old.
