Life
I am thoroughly enjoying my life right now. Things have really changed in the past year and I am content to move forward. My children, family & true friends have all been a great part of making this year such a blessing! Here's to a year more amazing than the last... and then some.
School
I jumped all over the place during my childhood which is why I have so many schools listed! I'll try as best i can to explain. Head Start to kindergarten, I was at SMDS. 2nd and 3rd at HMS, 4th and part of 5th at SMDS, the rest of 5th and part of 6th grade at Washington Elementary in Winslow, AZ. Completed the rest of 6th and graduated from 7th grade at HMS....Expand for more
Moved on to Peoria to attend 8th and part of 9th grade at Southwest Indian Sch. Finished off 9th and 10th grade at Hopi. Attended Junior year at John Burroughs High School in Burbank, CA. And graduated H.S. at Hopi in 1994!!!
College
I don't know how many years exactly I was at SCC, but I got my associates of arts in 2000. That was an accomplishment for me!! I graduated from ASU under the Native Apprentice Teacher Program in 2004. I am a certified k-8 teacher! Currently I am looking at Graduate programs in Arizona.
Workplace
I just celebrated my first year of teaching in Laveen, Arizona where I taught sixth grade. It was an amazing first year!
