Life Lvs2TEACH on america on line: I am a Sixth Grade teacher in Upstate New York not far from Lake Placid. I have been teaching now for 13 years (5 years near Augusta, GA and since 1997 in the Adirondacks). I cannot imagine doing anything else. I have worked at a bank and a car dealership over the years and teaching is what I love to do! I graduated from USC in 1992 with the "Most Outstanding Elemetary Education Major" award given by the faculty of the University. I finished my Masters Degree in December of 2002 at Plattsburgh State University. I am married to my best friend, Dan, who works for a local TV Station here in Upstate NY. A weatherman, at least he gets paid even if he is wrong! He is very easy to notice...I call him by bodyguard 6 foot 8 inches tall it is hard to lose him in a store!
