Sally's Story
Life
Married to Bob Brayton (Lakewood Class of '66) Still live in Lakewood- never left. Two sons and five grandchildren. I have remained close friends with Cherie Sorrentino, Patti Snyder, Janis Milne, Delia Benudiz,Cindy Calderone (Gonzales)Priscilla Gomez, and Debbie Butler throughout the years. I have recently found Linda Scialoia. Managed Velvet Turtle Restaurants until 1986. I worked for Radisson Hotels and Resorts for nearly 20 years as Director of Resort Sales and General Manager. I now work for Marriott Hotel and Resorts.

h School and through my college years. Worked for the Velvet Turtle from 1974-1986. Left the Velvet Turtle Management team to work for Radisson Hotels and Resorts. Started out as Director of Catering from 1986-1989 and was promoted to Food and Beverage Director through 1993. I left the Carson Radisson (now a Doubletree) to work as General Manager for Radisson Inn Seal Beach from 1994-2000. I left the Radisson Seal Beach to become Director of Sales at the Radisson Resort Knotts Berry Farm. I am presently employed with Marriott. I have been in the hospitality business all of my working years which has been non-stop since 1966.
