Sande's Story
A lot has happened since high school. I've grown older and hopefully wiser, but my kids would definitely disagree.
I work for a wonderful non-profit organization in Santa Rosa that helps people who have disabilities, whether they're mental or physical, with problems dealing with housing, social security benefits, legal matters, deaf services, and housing modifications.
I have three grown children - one son and two daughters, as well as five granddaughters. My son lives in Santa Rosa (after living in Hawaii for several years) and my two daughters and five granddaughters live...Expand for more
in New Hampshire. They went on a road trip one day and that's where they ended up.
I am a sun, sand, beach person, but that doesn't mean my skin bakes at the beach like it did back in the day. I love to hang out in Hawaii at Christmas. Instead of reindeer, they have dolphins that pull Santa's sleigh. However, with the cost of jet fuel, I may have to stay next time I go for a visit. Come to think about it, I wouldn't mind living in Hawaii. I'd build my little grass shack on the beach, hang out my shangle and I'd be perfectly happyu.
This is my story and I'm sticking to it.
