After spending three years overseas in Japan at Yokota and Johnson Air Force Bases (AFB) and attending my Freshman year at Johnson High School, my father was transferred to the Radar Station at Montauk Pt. in the fall of 1968. I attended East Hampton High for one year as a Sophomore in 1968-1969, and a Junior for just two months in the fall of 1969. Our next stop was Denver, CO for one year where I attended George Washington High for the remainder of my Junior year, and three months of my Senior year. My last six months as a Senior was at Radford High in Honolulu, HI where my father was stationed at HIckam AFB for four years 1970-1974. It was a great place to live, and I had some of the best times of my life! Just out of community college in 1973, I started my career in the federal government at Hickam AFB.
