Sandra's Story
After I left highschool, I got a diploma at Humber College in the Child and Youth Worker program. I worked for 15 years at a child care centre in downtown Toronto as a program coordinator for school aged children. During that time I got married and we bought our very first home in Port Credit. y own daycare program from my home for a couple of years but am now retired . My husband works for Bombardier as a special projects manager in the engineering department. He will take an early retirement in the very near future. We didn't get to experience the joy of having our own children but working with children on a daily basis and having lots of nieces and nephews made that a little easier to bear. All in all, life has been good to us.
