Life Having lived in Englewood from 1967-1994 was wonderful. I miss that small town apppeal it once had. I go back from time to time, visiting old friends, looking up old haunts. The point is still there, thankfully something that time and corporation has'nt ruined. Whiskey Corners forever gone, residents who live there now have no idea what it even was. The second bridge to the beach replaced, no longer wooden. East Englewood, a once very large cattle ranch, the kids there used to ride their horses home from the highway once in a while. History I know, but I can reflect upon those simple times and smile at the stupid things I did and the stupid things my friends were doing. For those of you who are still alive, my hats off to you, thanks for such funny, great memories. (i remember the np gang coming to school drunk and one boy {joe}falling off the stage, during spanish class)Thanks Donna for supplying the Boones Farm info.
