Sandra's Story
Life
Having lived in Englewood from 1967-1994 was wonderful. I miss that small town apppeal it once had. I go back from time to time, visiting old friends, looking up old haunts. The point is still there, thankfully something that time and corporation has'nt ruined. Whiskey Corners forever gone, residents who live there now have no idea what it even was. The second bridge to the beach replaced, no longer wooden. East Englewood, a once very large cattle ranch, the kids there used to ride their horses home from the highway once in a while. History I know, but I can reflect upon those simple times and smile at the stupid things I did and the stupid things my friends were doing. For those of you who are still alive, my hats off to you, thanks for such funny, great memories. (i remember the np gang coming to school drunk and one boy {joe}falling off the stage, during spanish class)Thanks Donna for supplying the Boones Farm info.

d found that I will try anything once and if I like it, then twice. Shame it took me 40 some years to grab life and run with it. But for what its worth, at least Iam old enough to enjoy it all now ! If anyone really wants to find me, with the new myspace pages, it shouldnt be that hard even for the novice. Just get our zip here in Lake Placid and test your skills. "Spunky" is always welcoming new friends there.
As for the rest of my life, I sit and wonder what ever happen to Joe Bayer, Leslie Hancock, Debbie Cody?
School
Attended Venice High in 1977-78, and enjoyed Creative Writing with Mr. Jerry Mulligan. Ran into him 20 yrs later and he was "teaching" at 2 colleges in the Cocoa area. He became a good friend and still took the time to come visit and teach me the fundamentals of writing. Amazing after all these years. Dont know what anyone expects to see in this page of the bio's, but had to let those who look, and those who knew the irish wild man, he has trials and tribulations but is forever pressing on. On the filp side was Coach, who was better off with sports, not classrooms ! LOL........
