Sandra's Story
I live north of Dallas, Texas in Allen. I miss California very much though southern hospitality is all they say it is. I still play sports, mainly sailing and softball. I own a 25' sailboat which I race. I have no kids and am widowed. I know that is unusual at this young of an age. Life is not always predictable but it does go on. I enjoy music, traveling, water sports, the outdoors and yes, this is weird, but chemistry. My friends are as important to me as is my 60 lb Chatahula dog.
I have travel from Canada to Aruba, Bermuda to Spain, California to South Carolina and was married in Zermatt, Switzerland. Of all the countries I have been to, Switzlerland has been my favorite.

oth at home and with myself but I guess thats what makes us who we are. I did enjoy Solano Community College and I loved living in San Diego. Going to SDSU was a hard adjustment, living in my own apartment and making myself study and not go to the beach. That is where I learned to sail and I ended up staying there for 16 years.
We bought our home in the Dallas area because my deceased husband worked from Southwest Airlines. The people here are as social as I am and much more considerate. They have helped me to keep going.
All the sports I have played have taken a toll on my boby. I have had and ACL replacement and broke my hand. But that will never stop me from competing. NFL, NHL, America's Cup, nor the World Series can bring tears to my eyes like a good running competion in the Olympics.
