Sandra's Story
I'm in Artesia, NM with my husband, Bob, of 23 years. We have three super kids, Craig-20, Jeff-18, and Jacqueline-15. We farm here and I have loved being a mom. I've tried many things in the way of work. I made and repaired gold and silver jewelry for several years (made Bob's wedding band), then turned to dress making and alterations for a bridal shop here in town. contracted out our current home. I enjoyed that so much, I went back to school to train as a draftsman. I didn't have much time with that before a nasty head injury put me down for many years. I'm getting on my feet again now, but just concentrating on being a wife and mother. I hope to get back to drafting after all the kids are gone. For now, just enjoying the days and some much improved health. Hope to hear from many of you!
