Sandra (Sandi) Gordin:  

Hi everyone - Well, we've made it through 50 plus years since we left the halls of MHS. I hope all of you have enjoyed the journey - both the good and not-so-good - as much as I have. After graduation I headed to the L.A. area to attend Pepperdine University. As with so many of our classmates the Viet Nam War had a huge affect on me and those in my life and I eventually returned home to Modesto. After managing the campaign office for the United Way for several years I worked for the City of Modesto. There I reconnected with several of our fellow classmates. My son, two daughters, and grandchildren are my greatest joy. This grandma thing is a good deal! I also enjoy volunteering for several charities and as a tutor and mentor for at-risk kids. As always, music is a big part of my life and favorite activities include photography, travel, and hanging out in the garden. Slovenia and Croatia are my favorite places to visit.
