Sandra's Story
Life
I graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in 2000 with my BA in Political Science and a minor in Spanish. While studying at Berkeley, I participated in the Education Abroad Program and studied in Vina del Mar and Santiago, Chile for a semester. That is where I met and later married my husband, Ruben Munoz, in January 2001 with only my parents in attendence from my family. We were married again in Minnesota for the benefit of the rest of my family on July 14, 2001. A few months later, we moved to Texas for a year, but then moved back to California in 2002 because Texas cannot beat California. time and money working on the house. We hope to start a family soon.
8/11/16: Wow, the above must have been written for the 20 year reunion in 2006. Ten years later in 2016, we are still in the same house and now have a son who is 9 and his name is Joaquin Alexander Munoz Litchy. In fact, at the last reunion I was pregnant and didn't know it yet, haha! I am still working as a Commercial Property Manager over high rise office and industrial research and development buildings. Ruben works at the University of California, Berkeley as an administrator in the Health & Safety Department. I recently wondered if there was a 30 year reunion that happened this summer. Anyone know about that?
