Sandra's Story

We moved all over the state but have been living in Lake City, Fl. since 1981, raising 4 boys with the youngest joining the Marines in 2003 when he graduated from high school. My husband (Sonny,1960) and I now have an empty nest after 42 years of marriage. He is a retired state game warden and my youngest son is now a game warden in south Florida. We now have 7 grandchildren: three of whom live in Lake City and their dad (our oldest) is the children's pastor at our church we are in ministry at...Expand for more
. I just retired from the school system here and plan on enjoying the rest of my life serving the Lord Jesus Christ with the same passion and fervor that has been my purpose my whole life. I believe it is how you end the race of life is how everyone will remember you. I've had a good full life and give God all the glory and honor for a wonderful husband and family.
