Sandra's Story
IN 1970-71 Karen Caliguire (Johnson) 1969 grad. and i were good friends, then she moved to Florida. Karen and i just lost track of each other. 30 years later, I was retiring and moving to Florida. I got e mail from classmates.com about a month before we moved and it was from Karen. I had not heard from her in 30 years (really). I e mailed her back and asked her if she still lived in Florida. treet from where our house was being built and she had already walked down to my new house to see it. The first thing i did when we got to florida was to call Karen and go see her. Karen and i worked together at a little park on the Rainbow river called K p Hole Park. Karen had worked there in the summers while she was off from her regular job for the school dist. and got me a job there too. I still work there and sometimes karen works in the summer. Karen's life and mine were totally different, but it seems like 30 years never passed.
