Sandra's Story
Life
In 2005, I went to work for an organization called NCLO. I was the Operations Director of the NCLO Children's Home and Educational Center located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. I lived and worked in the orphanage, which allowed me the freedom to spend time with the kids whenever I wanted, to do the shopping, to take the kids on outings, and just be "Mom". ing outreach with the children who lived in the dump at Stueng Mean Chey, and managing all of our volunteer programs and projects. I had my hands full to say the very least!
In 2007 I returned home, where I lived back in Holley for 10 months. Just regrouping myself mostly. After 2 years in Cambodia, a break was needed.
Currently, I am living in New Zealand. I moved here in August of 2008. I will be here as long as they let me stay...
