Turned 70 this year, been retired since December 2016 and still this smile hasn’t left my face. My son TJ is now stationed in Honolulu and has been in the Navy going on 15 years, he is up for Chief. I will have the honor of pinning him. Am I a proud mom, you bet I am!
2007
For all of you who kept asking my sister Susan if I had any children, the answer is yes, I had my son T.J. 4 weeks before I turned 37 and he is now 17 a junior in high school and has completed 3 years of culinary classes, he wants to be a Master Chef.
I work for the state of Nevada/Dept of Motor Vehicles/Motor Carrier Dept. and have for eleven years now, my husband Greg works for the Sec. of State, and if all goes well we will retire from the state and start our third carriers as grandparents in about nine years.
2008

on my son, when he finished his junior year he joined the Navy DEP program and is about to graduate from high school and the 8 weeks later he will go to boot camp in Illinois and the down to Texas for the culinary training, he is to be a chef to the officers, and yes I am so very proud. By the way turning 55 is so bad.......................
2011
Well three years later and T.J. has now been in the Navy two and a half years, he has advanced very quickly and is showing a strong aptitude towards becoming an officer early. I am just five short years from retiring from the state and really hope to have grandchildren by then as I think becoming a grandmother in my mid sixties will be perfect.
2016
Worked in state government for 21 years, retired as a Tax Examiner II for The State of Nevada, retired December 16, 2016.
