Emerging Markets, Institutional Lending WFHM
Sandra Tuccio-Downing is our new Southwestern Regional Business Development Manager for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Institutional Lending, Emerging Markets Division. Sandra joined Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in late January 2005. She will be responsible for Business Planning, Client and Sales Training, Analyzing Market Opportunities, CRA Support, Marketing Development and Client Prospecting of the Institutional Lending Emerging Markets efforts.
Prior to joining Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Sandra spent 15+ years in Management/Vice President Capacity with efforts in originations, underwriting, processing, training, sales and marketing, HUD âFHA & VA compliance, Fannie/Freddie products, Home buyer education seminars, and has previously set up new branches for both Citibank and Chase Manhattan. ne crusader in the Inland Empire Area and is looking forward to expansion in her expertise in Southern California, Las Vegas, New Mexico, Arizona and Concord.
Sandra is very pro-active with The Chamber of commerce, Inland Valley Board of Realtors, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Neighborhood Housing Services of Inland Empire, and Riverside Partners in Home Ownership, Consumer Credit Counseling Services, Fair Housing Council, and the City Development Department for both Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Sandraâs goals are to expand DPA within the structure of WFHM to all of her regions.
On a Personal note, Sandra has been married for 25 years to Dion Downing; they have 2 children, Frankie and Marcie with six grand children and two great grandchildren. They both love working for Wells Fargo Bank and have enjoyed traveling in all 50 states.
The most recent move from California to Northern Arizona has brought the family much happiness and has continued to enjoy family and traveling to Alaska, Hawaii and the Caribbean Islands.
