Sandra's Story
I've had a wonderful adulthood. After joining the FBI out of high school, I also served with the United States Air Force in the Philippines. I've traveled all over Aisa & the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. After receiving a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice I worked as a private investigator. Then I completed a Masters and Doctorate in Psychology and practice in the Deaf community. I've become fluent in ASL (sign langauge). I still consult to the FBI, in the anthrax cases for example, at Gallaudet College in Washington DC. I was a professor at Wright State University. Married to Mike for 32 years. I have a 40 year old daughter from my first marriage and a drop-dead gorgeous 12 year old granddaughter.

I've been back to California many times as late a summer of 2012. I was appalled that I barely heard the English language in Oxnard and Port Hueneme. The house my parents had on E. Clara Street last retailed for $540,000; they paid $10,200 in 1960. My 16 year old brother died in 1979 from cerebral complications. I've lived in Ohio since 1986 and I would NOT trade the four distinct seasons for the world. However, I will always be a Californian and proud of it.
Outisde of my career and family interests, I am a dirt-kissing, tree-hugging, flower-smelling, whale watching, otter-saving member of the Green Party. I am also a first responder volunteer with the Brookville, OH fire department. Let's declare war on poverty!
