Sandy's Story
Sandy is from Reno, Nevada. Sandy is married. Sandy's schools include East Alton-Wood River High School. I have been married four times and have three children, eight grandkids and one great granddaughter. Life has not always been good for me, but I have always kept my funny sense of humor to get through the bad times. I have become a stronger woman in the process of growing older. My husband and I have been married for 24 years now. I finally got a good one for me. He is currently going through chemotherapy for stage 3 lung cancer. He has three sons. His job has moved us to different locations. That was my favorite job. I love babies and I started out with 4 in OKC at age 6 weeks. I had so much fun raising the babies to around age 2 yrs, Then I needed to get more newborns and start over again. My mothers and fathers gave me more praise and support than any other jobs in retail or office jobs that I had before and after I shut it down due to an illness with me at that time. Helping new moms learn how to care for a newborn was a blessing to me. They would ask questions and needed advice that I wish I had when I had my first child. I am now age 70 and looking back on my daycare days just makes me smile as I remember all the good times I had doing it.
