son Derek is a Firemen in Grand Junction and is a fitness freak as a teenagaer he was named Mr. Teenage Colorado. My daughter Ashley runs track in College she is a sprinter and my youngest daughter Nicole is in high school and loves snowboarding. I've been very fortunate in my life, I've had setbacks, disappointments and regrets but have a wonderful rewarding career and a great family. I do think back on the early days and those who have influenced me. Our generation came up during some turbulent times and shaped a good many of us and in some regards I miss those days. Remember my friends "the journey is the reward".
