No one uses this thing anyway...Go to Facebook if you really want to know me... and my family.... Hey, I don't really know why I got involved with this...I guess I, atleast, wanted to remember a few good things from Des Moines. Man, it felt good to get out of there. After art school,...I ended up in the floral industry. Love, love love the art of 3-D. I owned my own business for ten years... closed it in '06. There is still my sister store in chicago. Dilly Lily. I had 20 years of pure happiness, and then burned out. Paying my employees more than I was paying myself... yes, I burned out. 24/7. I was done bringing my girls up in the store. I retired myself, and now am enjoying the other side of the service industry. Geoffrey owns two animation businesses, Hybrid Medical Animation, and Fuse. All four of us are artists, and musicians. My two girls play...drums, ...Expand for more
cello, violin, and guitar. My love plays the guitar and drums(he had a 45... for anyone who knows what one is). I'm all about piano, and guitar. The only thing we are missing are horns. We moved out of Uptown to be on the marsh, and Minnihaha Creek. We needed less of the concrete jungle. We have a German Shepherd/WOLF, Lily(OY!). We started out with two Siberian Husky's. They were our babies for over 14 years. After they bit it, we now have a rat, a turtle, massive amounts of fish, and all of the wildlife around us. Painting, sculpture, a huge flower garden, tennis, skiing... chef, and chicks with sticks(hockey) is what I'm all about. Gotta LOVE Minnesota! But San Francisco is my other home. Restaurants, buying trips, Nathan's culinary school... We love it. I'm thinking of opening another there or??? Not. Who am I kidding? I need to stop and smell my own roses.
