Sarah's Story
Life
Greetings from the Bluegrass State! After H.S. I went to the University of Northern Colorado. My freshman year I met my husband Travis and we got married in June 1995. I gradutated from UNC in 1996 with a B.A. in History and a minor in dance. In 1997 we moved to Lexington, KY where my husband got a M.S. in Medical Physics from UK. He got a great job in KY after school and so we have stayed. I worked as a paralegal for 4 years and became a Jazzercise instructor in 1998. In 2001 I quit my full-time job and had my daugther Natalie. I opened my own Jazzercise classes when she was two months old. In 2003 our son Br...Expand for more
ett joined the family. My husband is purchasing the medical physics consulting practice he has been working for for the last 10 years this year when the current owner retires. In January 2007 I also opened my own Jazzercise center. I have 20 classes a week and 4 instructors who work for me. With both my husband and I owning our own businesses, looks like KY is where we will stay!
God has been good to us and we are very blessed to have a wonderful church and friends here, although we miss our families out west. Manzano is still a part of the family as both my parents; Jack and Carol Nuzum still teach English there.
