Sarah's Story
Joined the Navy straight out of High School. Became a Radioman in 1978, sending and receiving message traffic and all sorts of other stuff along the way. Long story short, served 20 years and Retired out of Washington, D.C. in 1996. Moved out here to WA State, bought land and put a Manufactured Home on it, in August 1998, Raised 4 crazy kids, all boys, and now I guess I have an Empty Nest. Except for the 4 legged kids. Have 3 Dogs, 1 outdoor, Cocoa, and 2 indoor, Muffy and Wyatt and have 2 Cats, Chester and Frankie (He's a Blue-eyed Siames...Expand for more
e). Worked at Sears Automotive for a while, (October 1997 to June 2001), and now am a Security Guard in a Local Hospital. Started Security work in October 2007 and, as a result, am back in a uniform again. Current economic conditions won't let me retire, I'm afraid, for quite some time. And that is where we are today. Oh yea, the Boys.....Thomas is the oldest (27 yrs.), next comes Jonathan (22 yrs.), Ben is 3rd (20 yrs.) and Jeremy is my Baby (18 yrs.). And I'm still alive to tell about it. May not have my Sanity but I'm hanging in there!
