Life Okay, Okay....10 years out of High School and to some, I might not have accomplished a whole lot, however my travels and experiences have more than made up for many things. Since graduation, I have spent time out on the open road to explore different places. I spent a summer working in the vast, rolling cornfields of Wisconsin then drove South to see MO, Oklahoma, Texas and then New Mexico, where I lived for about a year, working at a clothing store in one of the malls. After my little stent in New Mexico, my heart took me to Vegas where I worked in one of the few places that actually require clothing (we all know how Vegas is) I met my now ex-husband in that god forsaken desert (such is the way of things in Vegas, I guess) and we had a son when I was about, oh...25. Since then, I found that life has taken on a much more deeper purpose. Funny how a kid can do that. It's not about "me" anymore, it's about "him" and I am made such a better person in helping him to become who he is and shall be. When Vegas and relations wore out their luster, I made my way back up to Idaho (for some reason, or another). I hung out in the good ol' Silver Valley for a couple of years, then when the economy and job market sent me, a single mom, into limbo, I ventured out to Olympia, WA. There, I worked as an Advertising Exec. for the Olympian newspaper. My, my, what a world of wonder THAT was! Despite the long hours and deadline stress, I absolutely LOVED the work. As chance might have it, when I had pretty much resigned myself to believing I would be a single mom for all eternity, I met and fell in love with the man of my dreams.
