Phillip's Story

Friends always ask where did I work and what did I do after high school. I trained on IBM Equipment but didn't enter the field. I can tell you I was Supervisor, Senior Quality Control Machining/Machnical inspector. I did test, trained CMM five verity's, Certified degrees for all the following X-Ray, Laser test, Very High Vacuum Technology with Helium Mass Spectrometer and repair, used in test Vacuum space environments and evaluation. Calif. licensed for low level radiation handling and purchase of equipment using radioactive particles (< .05 pico curries) Trainef Trained for high security and computer espionage Security. I must stipulate: that nothing written here violates any of my classified signed agreements I was involved with, "this reads like a resume" this might sound or more important then it is, but I deliberately structured this for a reason. I never thought I would be involved in any great different and exciting things! Not in my wildest dreams.. Got into for as short time Semi/Pro. With a professional Drag racing team. Some semi -pro with team "Souza Brothers and Dad racing team". I was assigned NHRA ID (D-500), ran a 64 Ford Galaxy 500 with a police package. A 390 Police Interceptor, won all my class in NHRA F/SA, D/SA C/SA ran bottom 14.20s 98-99 mph Fremont drags then changed to AHRA won my class championship point meet ( small money, a few dollars and a big trophy.) I ran B/SA F1 (formula 1 Auto transmission,) The engine a 390 Cubic Inch, Medium riser manifold dual Holly's 650s, 427cam, medium riser heads, tubing headers, built by Woods, a 7000 rpm kit with Sodium valves, traction bars, 456 rear gears 12 inch Goodyear Daytona slicks, castings from Richard Petty's Plymouth) refurbished by Bruce's tire. But no high stall torque converter it was too expensive, $1500 dollars. Ran 13.20 to 12.99 at 108 to 110 mph. After two seasons and much expense, I got married and settled down. I never qualified for military service, well (almost for the Vietnam war) I was classed 1A for six months then reclassified 4F before the draft got me.. My work places in general are limited on Classmates site, some kind of rule violation. (See my Facebook page) I wish I could tell more about where and what I did. but I can only talk in general and not much detail about what I inspected except I was using very special accurate measuring tools and test equipment. I had to sign, (here is more paperwork), Reports, Government Sensitive, restricted, secrets, nondisclosure agreements which covered individual...Expand for more
agreements for Varian VPD contract to the Air Force/Rockwell Flight Systems, and Navy, for Hugh's Aircraft, A general military nondisclosure as well as Corporation agreements. for Livermore Laboratory, SLAC, DOE, DOD, for L3 Pulse Science. I had constant training for Military data security procedures and safety training. Government procedures, treaty agreements and restrictions, Company safety procedures, Certified FBI, and Military, training on espionage sureillance of Computer data, Cyber attacks training. Then tested for evaluation of the procedures. Recertification and testing every 6 and 12 months. I was a Full time and sometimes a Contractor or Independent Contractor, As a Supervisor or Lead Senior Quality Control Inspector, for Civilian, Military and Government Space systems, Extreme Electro/Voltage energy and small scale Cyclotron energy systems, Radiation systems, Flight equipment, Underwater test rquipment and did design change modification. Did Ultra High Vacuum systems, special and general manufacturing or machining inspections. Learned and used just about every type of inspection and Optical instrument available. I Specialized on CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine in both Robotic and manual controls, Calibration Metrology and qualification, Calibration for ISO 2000 (lot more paper work.) My responsibility was in many facilities was controlling the Inspection department operations, training fellow inspectors, both in manufacturing or electronics test. Supervised, Inspected, approved or rejected, and wrote Corrective Action reports, evaluation of problems and corrective action planning as well as recommendations. Modified/updated Inspection manuals for ISO 2000 qualifications. Inspected manufactured parts, tested for performance qualification, Inspected tested and approved or rejected Ultra high vacuum systems (I am certified for Helium Mass Spectrometer and certified for repair/Maintenance of Helium Mass Spectrometers. certified on Torx X=Ray machine, licensed for California Radiation purchase and use of 0.1< pico-curry for test. Inspect very high precision parts. and that is all I can reveal. Hobbies: I have always been Interested in Astronomy, took every collage course. Interested in science, strange subjects Bigfoot/Sasquatch, (I keep open mind) and have many famous/scientist/researchers friends on this subject. Not as much on UFO's subjects.
