Scharden's Story

I have lived in Ventura County, CA since 1971. Graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in 1971 with a Masters in Home Ec . My 4 kids are Dan, Jenny, Mark and Chris (twins). They are all grown and all but one are out of the house. I have 3 grandchildren, Jacob, 13 yrs., and Kalea , 12 yrs. and Kara, just 9 yrs. I retired from the V...Expand for more
entura Unified School District in 2008 and help take care of my grandchildren. Keep busy with kids, volunteering at the elementary school I used to work at, volunteering for Food Share, quilting, reading, gardening and hiking with my kids and grandkids. Also, visiting the Peninsula to see my brothers and sister.a number of times a year.
