Scott's Story

Went to CCM ( of course) then a vocational school for graphics. I bought a honda shadow motorcycle in '78 and went cross country in December Till January following the Gulf coast. Camped most of the way. Ran out of money in texas and actually applied for jobs on an oil derek and and a shrimp boat! Thank God Mom and Dad sent me a couple hundred bucks. That got me as far as San Diego where I settled down for five years. In San Diego I was the house manager for the San Diego Rep Theatre. I loved that! Also worked nights as a security guard in a hospital. While I lived there it was great to travel on my old Honda 450 motorcycle and visit Mexico, Arizona and Texas. Camping in the dessert was great! I partied too much so I ended up coming back East broke. Got a job in NYC with the Americ...Expand for more
an Kennel Club on Madison Sqare Park in their art department. Then Freelanced for Macy's and a few other places for twenty years. I felt I needed a change so I enrolled at The French Culinary Institute and became a graduate chef though I haven't done anything with it until now. Got a real estate license in Jersey and did that for five years. Got sick of that too so I finally bought an old farm house here in Upstate NY and am renovating it and now I raising Honey bees, fruit trees and play the accordion. I have a red nosed bull terrier named Brandy that I'm crazy about! and I've got a suzuki bike these days and a couple of kayaks. I recently got the bug for cooking again and am studying pastry (patissiere). Starting up a specialty cakes business - weddings, aniversaries, etc, etc....
