After 11 years working my way up the corporate ladder I walked into a convenience store one day and decided to buy it and drop out of the corporate scene. I purchased a building in Cranbury, NJ, gutted the building and started a catering business in 1999. Today, we have ...Expand for more
over 150 corporate accounts and recently landed a significant contract account with a new corporate conference center. It's a seven day a week job taking care of all of the aspects of the business in one way or another, but it is extremely financially rewarding and I am my own boss.
