From graduation to the mid 80's was very good to me except for the growing addiction to drugs and alcohol and a brief marriage to a... well, lets just say someone who wasn't a life mate.
From the mid 80's to the early 90's things were pretty awful as my addictions took over. The one saving grace was meeting and moving in with my current partner. A wonderful woman that supplied me with 3 mostly grown step-kids.

Except for the Bush administration and its attendant horrors, the new century has been pretty good.
We have 7 grandkids, one of whom lives with us part time.
I started going back to school this spring 08 and I liked the heck out of it. My immediate goal is to learn something that'll be an alternative to standing in front of a hot stove several hours a day. Long term, who knows I may finish my degree.
In our spare time we go to auctions. Some of the stuff we get we resell, most of the stuff is just too cool to not buy.
I even got a part time job at one auction to help feed the habit. I'm not in the romantic front of the house part. I supply the weak mind and strong back when clearing estates of their goodies.
