Scott's Story

Life AFTER HIGH SCHOOL I SPENT TIME IN THE U. S. ARMY AND SPENT A YEAR IN OKINAWA, JAPAN. AFTER THE SERVICE I LIVED IN WINCHESTER,VA. AND WORKED FOR PINKERTONS SECURITY ACHIEVING THE RANK OF SERGEANT BEFORE BREAKING MY LEFT KNEE WHILE OUT RIDING DIRT BIKES WITH MY BROTHER WHILE IN VISITING ONE WEEKEND. LOL IT WAS FROM THIS ACCIDENT THAT I MET MY WIFE TO BE FOR THE 2ND TIME.(OF COURSE SHE DOESNT REMEBER THE 1ST TIME WE MET) I AM A CEMENT MASON WITH LOCAL 887 OUT OF CHARLESTON,WV. I was lucky enough, and blessed, to have 3 wonderful sons that I couldnt be more proud of. Zachary Scott is 19 and leaves for the Marine Corps October 10th 2005, Travis Eugene is 17 and attends Parkersburg South where his older brother was a starter on the ONLY State Championship football team in school history. Then there is Marshall Dean, 3 yrs old. LOL ??????? But I couldnt be any prouder of him than the other 2 he is a super, super little buddie. That is him sitting with me in photo. My mom lives in Poterfield and Brian, my younger brother class of 83', lives in Cleveland. Mom still goes every year to the spring sports banquet when the award for the girls softball player is given out. After 22 yrs. now mother is just as pround of each girl to have been chosen for the Pam McPherson Memorial Award, as she was with the very first recipient. Zachary is now 22 and due to get out of the Marine Corps this October... Travis got a job in the oil fields and my little buddie, Marshall Dean, splits his tmie between his mothers an my place. Im STILL in Mineral Wells... been seperated since Nov.200...Expand for more
4. Had a prelim hearing in 2006... she never responded to the last proposal from me an my lawyer so the judge dismissed case in August 07. Naturally i got NO money left now or would have filed again. not giving up hope that one day I will be free from her entirely. School 1ST GRADE THROUGH 1ST 2 WEEKS OF 6TH GRADE WHERE AT RAYON ELEMENTARY ON RAYON DRIVE ON PARKERSBURG,WV. REMAINDER OF 6TH WAS AT CUTLER ELEMENTARY IN CUTLER, OHIO. 7TH AND 8 TH GRADE WHERE AT BARTLETT ELEMENTARY IN BARTLETT,OHIO. 9TH GRADE THROUGH HALF WAY OF MY 10TH GRADE WHERE AT WARREN HIGH SCHOOL IN VINCENT, OHIO. REST OF 10TH AND 1ST HALF OF 11TH WHERE AT WILLIAMSTOWN HIGH SCHOOL IN WILLIAMSTOWN,WV. REST OF 11TH AND 12TH WHERE BACK AT WARREN WHERE SOMEHOW I DID MIANAGE TO GRADUATE. LOL College 96' GRADUATE OF WASHINGTON STATE COMMUNITY COLLEGE, ASSOCIATES OF APPLIED SCIENCES IN AUTOMOTIVE/DIESEL TECHNOLOGIES. Workplace After recovering from the broken knee, I worked at Vitro Agate. The recently burned, again, marble factory. This was short lived where from there I moved on to work for Stanley Steamer Carpet cleaner. This also was short lived as from there I went to work at the A.B. Chance Co. in SouthParkersbug. I worked there from Sept. 85' 'till the doors where closed in Nov. 94' From there I bounced around doing odds and ends jobs, mastering none of course, until 02' when I was accepted into the Operative Plasters and Cement Masons Internationl Union, Local 887 out of Charleston, WV. I am still there and enjoying every aspect of the cement/concrete industry. So, no early retirement for me.
