Scott's Story
Life
I doubt many will read this but for what its worth, I am currently working and living in Geneva Switzerland as my wifes work has her posted here. We've been here for the last 3 years and have been enjoying life in europe. I could easily stay for many more years. Although come next summer we will be moving back to Indonesia where we just bought a brand new house, and I am going to say goodbye to winter for many years I hope. Well at least 3 more years before her next post.
I have to say, I am a very lucky man as I have found an amazing smart and beautiful woman that I love very much and we are enjoying a wonderful life together. My wife is from Indonesia which has allowed me to expierence a new culture and way of life. If you asked me that I would meet someone 10,000 miles away and fall in love and make it work I would tell you were crazy. But I followed my heart and it has taken me all over the world with no regrets.
I run my own multimedia company which allows me to work from pretty much anywhere in the world as long as I have internet. rom it as well as being my own boss. I find it to be enjoyable for the most part although I do tend to work long days.
I must say I don't have too much contact with people from high school, I do see a few friends now and again, however, I am sure like everyone, life has them pretty much busy. I can say that I am a completely different person than I was in High School, which I assume everyone would be. I found that University and College that I attended didn't really do much for me. I didn't really conform to the normal life of school and career. I did do it the harder way, but I do feel that I made it in the end or at least this far in the game of life.
I am looking forward to moving to Jakarta next summer. The first time I was there I felt as if I were at home. I have a niece that is 2 and new nephew that is about 1 month old now, they are pure sweethearts and I look forward to getting a chance to be in their lives. My wife's family is pretty great to me and I look forward to getting to know them better as time goes forward.
Well, that is a tiny tid bit of what I am up to. There is lots more of course but for now this will have to do. I hope anyone that reads this is doing well and I wish you all the best.
