Scott's Story
Scott is from Ruston, Louisiana. Scott's schools include Hillcrest Elementary, Glenview Jr. High School and Cedar Creek High School. Scott later attended Harding University and Louisiana Tech University. SCott is a 2004 graduate of the Unites States Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organizational Management and a graduate of University of Central Arkansas' Community Development Institute.
