Scott's Story

Life All in all, I'd say it's been a pretty good life so far. I married in 1971 and we had two wonderful kids in the next two years. Both are now grown and married, doing wonderfully. I started in the printing business, but went into radio and eventually had a pretty good career at WVEE in Atlanta. After that I moved on to freelance audio and video production, voice over work, and copywriting. Now I'm working with a small company in Decatur producing computer based training. I'm still doing voice over as well (check out my web site, scottwhitevoices.com), and my brother and I are doing a radio show called Poets and Troubadours WTHA-LPFM ...Expand for more
in Seaside FL. and WBCX, 89.1 FM in Gainesville. We play all those old folk, folk/rock, and protest songs. We're hoping to syndicate sometime soon. You can hear it Sunday nights from 6pm to 8pm Central time on the web at 30ARadio dot org. Listen and TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS!!!!! My wife and I divorced in 1981, and in 1986 I married again. Angie and I have three kids of our own and we're living a hectic life in Snellville. I did some part time preaching in the late 90's, at a small congregation in Monroe, and have done mission work in Haiti. Now I'm at Campus church of Christ teaching some Sunday School and working in the jail ministry.
