Scott's Story
Life
I graduated from West Point in 1988 and served as a Combat Engineer Platoon Leader during the Gulf War.
After getting out of the Army, I became Ross Perot's campaign chairperson for the State of Florida during the 1992 election.
When he resigned from the campaign, I went to Law School at the University of North Carolina. I graduated in 1995. I took the bar in 1997.

b which has enjoyed much community support and is, as we like to say, "the social crossroads of the community." We have won over 20 Best of the Triangle awards including: Best Restaurant in Chapel Hill, Best Neighborhood Bar & Best Place to See and Be Seen.
Top of the Hill has opened a lot of doors for me. I am now involved with restaurants in Washington D.C., New York City and East Hampton.
