Scott's Story
Life
Graduated from the U of A in Radio/TV. Bought a radio and a television. Went to work in advertising. That lead to PR, which lead to marriage, which lead to a real job with Smith Barney. That, of course, lead to divorce and a return to the creative world. In 2002, moved to NYC. Took a stab at writing for Letterman. He stabbed back. Back to Tucson. Spent 3 years in real estate. Had a heart attack. Bought a DJ company which, paired with my singing gigs, puts music again at the center of my life. Kewl.
School
High school was fabulous. Of course, I didn't know that until 1994, making me very late for the prom. Nevertheless, high school did its job: fill our heads with memories and our hearts with friendships, some of which go back to grade school. College
College. It was the best 10 years of my life. Not ten straight thru, of course. Guess you could say I was in and out a lot - of school that is - as evidenced by the Administration building's Scott Peterson memorial revolving door. Could have studied more, and partied less. Then again, so could have John Belushi. Okay, bad example. But you see my point. Some how we live through our stupidity to grow into productive, thoughtful members of society. Or attorneys. But that's another story altogether.
Workplace
After years in marketing, investments, and real estate, a heart attack sent me back to music. Today I own a DJ company with crews that perform at corporate events, weddings, proms, private parties, ect. I continue to feed my creative animal by writing and recording original music. I'm even gigging again, so come see me!
