Scott's Story
Life
Attended college after HS and worked for Tandy Computers until 1990. Met a lovely Texas girl in 03/90, relocated to Dallas because the bi-monthly commute to Dallas was bankrupting me in 09/90, and married in 10/90. Our oldest son was born in 10/92 and our youngest in 10/95. (October is a good month for us!)
My lovely better half was Underwriting Regional Mgr for a large insurance company until 1996 when she became a stay-at-home-Mom, CEO, CFO and chauffer of the Rynd family. She enjoys trail riding our horses with her friends.
Career wise, I was CIO/VP of IS for an insurance carrier for 8-1/2 years. Jumped to CIO/VP of Technology Services for a well known security firm in 02/2000 for 2 years.

complex logistics corporation in the mobile technology space, headquartered in the Dallas-area. Currently CIO / VP IT Services & Information Security / acting VP Supply Chain Logistics overseeing corporate, domestic and international IT and InfoSec operations. Working with various government security and law enforcement groups and CBS Channel 11 News regarding technology security. Coach area youth soccer, youth baseball, youth track teams and Boy Scouts. Personal downtime activities include competitive triathlons, road cycling, co-captain of a charity cycling team, softball and sand volleyball leagues.
