Life
I couldn't think of anything to write, so here is a generic introduction... I use it for my college classes. I haven't been on classmates for a long time, and it has changed alot, all kinds of new things. But I will add some pictures and stuff, if I can find some I like. I hope everyone is doing good. And if this does reconnect some friends that would be cool. Maybe I'll go "gold"
Hi my name is Sean Boykin, married to my wife Elizabeth and father to my daughter Ava. I have been in the navy for seven years, married for four and Ava is two. I am originally from Sacramento, California. I joined the navy right out of high school. Ever since I first met my uncle I knew I was going to join the navy. I loved growing up and listening to all of his wild sea stories. I knew it was something I wanted to do, and so off to boot camp I went. After boo...Expand for more
t camp, I attended my trade school and then went to my first ship that was stationed in Yokosuka, Japan. It was a great experience. My wife and I loved it so much it was hard to leave. We visited a lot of new places and had some crazy adventures. Being on a ship is a lot of hard work. There is always something going on, and something to do. At the same time I had a lot of fun, and made some really great friends. But finally my time was up, and I was able to pick new orders to a new destination. So, after deciding long and hard we chose Oak Harbor, Washington. It is pretty nice here, it is like a regular job, and it is really nice to be able to come home to my family every night. So, while here on shore duty I decided to take some courses because I know it will be beneficial for my future and will help me upon my career in the United States Navy.
