Shane's Story
Hello all,
Found myself back in Algiers recently for a family matter and ran across an old classmate (Guy). Got to thinking about all the others from O.P. Walker and I found this site.
After leaving Walker in 72 I went to LSU, graduating in 76. Afterwards I joined the Coast Guard and became a C-130 pilot. Based in Hawaiii twice (5 years) and then one tour as a Navy ...Expand for more
flight instructor in Pensacola.
In 1985 I was hired by TWA and flew the L1011, B727, MD80, 767. American Airlines bought TWA in 2001 where I'm presently employed as an MD-80 Captain.
Married (3 boys) and live near St. Louis. Hopefully will retire in 5 years and move back to Pensacola.
Good to see some familiar names here. Really brings back some old memories.
