Life After graduating, I joined the Navy as an Aviation Electronic's Technician, and was stationed in a P-3 squadron in California. I was there for the big earthquake in 1989, and was deployed to Japan during Desert Storm. My first husband was in the same squadron, and we were married with child when I was 20. I was honorably dishcarged shortly after, and we transferred to Brunswick, ME...I loved it there!! We divorced and I met my (didn't know it at the time!) 2nd husband when he hired me to work for him at WJTO as the office/traffic manager. He and I had a "falling out" after about 2 years, and I ran away to southern IN - 20 minutes or so from Louisville, KY. He followed me with a ring and we got married, 3 years later, this April 30, 2000. During those 3 years, I stumbled into the computer field and was successful as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer - and was starting my own business in the meantime, also. I've recently quit my job (eek!!) and am now working full-time on my small business making natural soap- soon to add more personal care products.
