Shannon's Story
Life
After graduating from Smith College with degrees in Computer Science and Medieval Studies, I lived and worked in Nashua for 3 years, but I moved to Somerville in 2000. Living in Boston has always been a dream of mine, and I've finally gotten around to doing it. I don't think I'll ever leave the city now. In fact, I own a house here.
In addition to my dayjob as a Business Analyst/Project Manager/Applications Developer (yes, I do all these things in one job!) - I'm also a bellydancer. I perform at the Middle East restaurant in Cambridge, and occasionally at other venues. To see my latest performance schedule, google my stage name - "Nepenthe".

I married Allison Morgan Perkel on June 4, 2005. We are extremely happy and planning to have a child next year. I am not changing my name.

Just wanted to write here that reunion was awesome! For those people I did meet or re-meet, I was really impressed and pleased that most people were happy with their lives. I had a lot of fun and I look forward to it.
People who think they won't know anyone - next time, come anyway. I met lots of interesting new people that I probably didn't talk to in high school. It's never too late.
