Shari's Story
Left home at 17 to see the world and never looked back. It was the best thing I ever did. Life for me growing up was filled with small town bullies and catty cliques. I was often teased or outright ignored. While it has been over 30 years there are difficult memories that will never be erased. ABC after school specials have been made about situations just like this...LOL
Believe it or not, I was able to get a date or two after I left home. I was even lucky enough to find two men who thought I was absolute...Expand for more
ly gorgeous, and I married twice. (The unions produced three beautiful daughters - all models.)
I have found knowledge, success, love, and acceptance in a world far bigger than Brimley, Michigan. I have traveled the world and been introduced to movie stars, politicians, professors, and prominent business executives/CEOs.
To those girls that thought they were better than me, and those boys that would never look at or talk to me, all I have to say is: "May your limited views not have limited your dreams."
