Sharlene's Story
Life
I married my best friend, Steven, in 1990. We lived it up, enjoyed life, and bought our first house in Rio Linda in 1993 (yes, Rio Linda. No, we didn't live on land and we didn't have cattle). In 1996 we had our first daughter, Meagan and in 1999 we had our second daughter, Emily. We decided to sell our first house and bought a fixer-uppper in Carmichael. y gutting the house and a few ups and downs life through us, we moved into our house and are enjoying it. Most important, our marriage survived and I personally learned a lot in the process. We are busy working and watching our daughters grow up. Time goes by so quickly and we're trying to enjoy the time we have with our daughters. Before we know it, they will be grown. I still keep in touch with Lisa Strange (Thordsen) and Heather Mouser (Troffer).
